Default Heater Blower Fan not working on First 2 speeds

I have an Acura 1.6 EL, 1998 and the Heater/AC Fan blower does not work on the first 2 speeds. Just before this happened there was a loud humm from the fan. Now no humm and no fan at first 2 speeds.

I opened up the glove compartment and I can hear the motor humming at the first 2 speeds, it is a quite humm (thus getting power, but may be not enough current).

Any ideas?

Try checking the blower resistors. They're usually located on the blower itself.

Default Blower resistor was blown

Blower resistor located on top of the Heater Blower was blown. Part number 79330-SR3-A01 replacement part from Acura, cost $ 28 Canadian.

This is located right behind the Glove Compartment and has a Rectangular plug about an inch wide going into it. 2 screws to remove.

Thanks for your help.
