Odometer

Just bought a 94 Accord, the odometer stopped working. I bought a odometer from EBay. The miles on the odometer i bought from ebay states the car has 154k miles. My car has 124K miles, how do I change that on the odometer.

well, here is how the swapping generally takes place

cars with no tech, civic DX in EJ's for example, usually swap their gauge clusters with EX model, and swap out the speeometor for the correct milage.

but in your case, your original one doesn't work, so you'll probably have to change the whole assembly BUT the milage numbers.

probably won't make any sence, but just think and search a bit.

Ummmmmm...
I think it's called tampering with the odometer, and I think it's a crime.
That sucks in your case, I would have just left the old one in and said my car had 124k miles all the time, LOL
No, really though, I don't think u can do it, without breaking it at least.
What the dealer don't believe u about mileage???
Show them the fuckin title, it should have some amount of mileage on it.
