Get a new radiator cap.

Under the cap, the smallest disk is a vacuum-break valve that's supposed to pull down at any kind of vacuum in the radiator. It does that to suck coolant back in from the reservoir.

When the engine gets hot, coolant expands & moves into the reservoir. But if that little disk is stuck closed it can't suck back in when it cools off. So it gets a little vacuum & that collapses the hose.

With that age & miles, it wouldn't hurt to also get a new thermostat & flush out your cooling system real good. Fresh new anti-freeze every 2 years...
