after many many runs this was the best

This is the slip...

R/T: .6038
60': 2.429
330': 6.499
1/8 ET: 9.9209
1/8 MPH: 71.53
1000 ET: 12.8983
1000 MPH: NONE
1/4 ET: 15.4218
14 MPH: 88.97

..i'm thinking that i'm peeling out too much at the line and that my launch should be better, the shop where i got the swap said i should be in the 14's but i dunno...

opinions plz

PS..current mods are DC Sport 4-1, SRI, Exhaust, 16" Konigs wrapped by Firestone FUZIONs..also got a valve-job done on the motor (33k miles on it)

well... Iwould go with 14" rims for racing. Maybe 14" steelies. Thats what I run all the time. Your Car with a B18C should be haulin some butt. Maybe mid 14's actually. 15.4 seems a little on the slower side.

My 91' Integra RS went a 15.43@88.00Mph all stock except no muffler on a 2.232 60' . No weight reduction or anything.... and that was on 14" rims all around. I'm sure if I put a set of 16's on there... the time would drop a few tenths. Also.... what tranny are you running? I Assume the GSR tranny?

Also.. since its a gsr.. in that car.. seriously.. launch at like 3500k and feather the clutch.. until after 1st.. i dont mean granny it but watch your spin out..88 = high to mid 14's..btw

What? 16's aren't perfect for drag. Smaller rims and tires will be better.

Also, 88mph is good for high to mid 14's? Not on a FWD car. It's usually good for low 15's, high 14's if you can really drive (or are using slicks).

Yeah, I need to get me another 14' tire so I can run my EF9 Si Civic. I should be able to hopefully run a high 14. B16A1 swap, stock clutch, DC sports 4-2-1 header, short ram intake, thermal research cat back. I need my fr/rr brakes & master cyl done then I'm hitting capital raceway. I'll problably launch @ 3000-3500 since B16's doesn't have much tq.
