Cannot spin wheels

Cannot spin wheels
ok i know this sounds weird, but my car 97accord lx, cannot spin its wheels. i got 21lb motegi rims and hankook tires, i could never spin my wheels even with the stock tires. the strange thing is tho, i cannot spin my wheels yet i am way faster than my friends' cars who can spin their wheels, Sentra, Civic(their rims weigh the same as mine). i dont understand what is going on here. i appreciate any help.

why would you wanna "spin your wheels" when that happens you are losing traction= not going anywhere....well to solve your problem GET RID OF THE MOTEGIS for some 14-16" light weight wheels..like rota's but even then you still might be able to the simple fact is your car is slow
