If Honda had put the four-door sedan's nose on the Si coupé the car would be perfect. 
But I think Honda did that nose for the Si coupé probably for engine cooling reasons (sounds like it'll use an improved version of the Acura RSX Type-S engine).

the current rsx-s is 210. LSD is the only thing i see.

I might get a commuter car next year and was thinking about checking out the new civic for '06. But from the pictures, I don't know anymore. I'm going to have to check it out in person before passing judgment.

I don't like how the civics are following the accord route of getting much bigger over the years. I own a 94 accord sedan right now and the other day I was in the dealership and jumped into a current gen civic....The interior was just as big if not a little bigger my 94 accord 
It seems like they are trying to put in more interior room without sacrificing the overall exterior size of the car, which explains the wierd design of the short hood probably.
