Default Sun Visor is too loose to stay up

The drivers side sunvisor in my girlfriends' car keep folding itself down and won't stay in the up position. I have tried velcro on the headliner and a couple other ghetto things but can't seem to come up with a proper fix. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix it should of buying a new visor?

If you can find a visor from a salvage yard that would be the easiest fix. If not.... I don't know man.

Welcome to HAN and good luck.

Yeah it sounds like a retarded problem, but since I'm 6'3" it drops right into my line of sight while driving.. I just took the f'er completely off until I have the time to reverse engineer the incredibly complex japanese built sun visor

Is there anyway to take that safety sticker off the visor? Looks like crap when it's on there.

Its not a sticker. Pull down your visor and take a closer look. Its sorta like paint on it.

oh, didn't realize. I was picking at it and it felt like it had a lip on it, so I assumed it was a sticker. THanks.
