Who can name this thingy?
So my rear right shock is blown and I might of found out why it went so quick. I was trying to install my new suspension set-up to day and i noticed that the rear trailing arm on the right side was a little odd. It seems that the bushing in the RTA wasn't bolted on. Well the bushing was in and aside from minor dry cracks it seems fine, but the metal piece inside of the bushing wasn't bolted it. It looks like it bolts onto the frame. It is round in the middle and flat on the end. The round part goes into the bushing and flat part bolts into the frame.

The bolt will be called a flange bolt, is sized 12x1.25 mm, torque spec is 47 lb/ft and it should be tightened with the car on the ground. That is a trailing arm bushing, I suppose it would be the trailing arm flange. I would get the black poly bushings over the red, as they should not squeak as much.

When you call the dealer, tell them it is the trailing arm bushing. There is only one bushing in the trailing arm.
