Default ebay short throw shifters

hey i'm looking to buy a short throw for my integra and i'm not sure what i'm buying, looking at teh cheaper ones 9-25 dollars it looks like its just a pretty shorter shift lever, i dont see the fulcrom being in any different place than stock, but there are some much more expencive ioptions that come with an additional bracket, i'm thinking that thats what i need, but if theres little differnce in the cheap ones i could go that route. some advice would be apreciated,

the 2 auctions in mind:

I don't reccomend it, go with a trusted name brand.

dont want to start a new thread, but anyone install a short throw on a 2000 teg or driven one. Just want to know if it made a big difference, because the stock one doesnt appear to have alot of play in it.

I have one in my 96. Personally, I would have rather spent my $100 on something that actually made a difference. Since the Integra throw is already short, a short shifter really doesn't do much. I do recommend that you get some polyurethane bushings, though. That helps shifter feel much more than a short shifter.

Dont buy it....i wouldn't even recommend getting one. The oem shifter is short and works awesome. Plus its not gonna make you drive better or anything IMO

I bought a ebay short shift....i dont think it even had a name???

Anyway, at the beginning its TOTALLY different. Let me say this if you get it, say bye bye to your cup holders. I swapped out my cig lighter and ash tray for my vtec light, and when in 5th gear you cant open the cup holder.

But besides that i had mine on for about 4 months, its awsome. THe only thing is i really need the bushings. Even with stock on it was really sloppy. When we swapped shifters we say that i really have no bushing left.
Other than that i love it, i dont think i will go back to stock for a LONG time if at all.

don't cheap out. they're liable to break mid shift.

i thought i heard someone say before that these r made out of aluminum since this is a repost i dont see the different between short and stock shifters. i shift the gears REALLY fast in my teg and mine is stock, i shift faster than people who have short shifters in their tegs, so its just how u drive it dont get the ebay one though, if ur gonna get it do it right the first time and get a QUALITY one
