Default JDM ITR cluster gauge problems

anyone here running the JDM ITR cluster in their R?
did you have issues with the hook up or did it directly plugged in
i had to swap out my green backing from my usdm cluster to make it work or else the flashers move the speedo needle and the gas/temp gauge was move all the way up to high/hot
got it wokring now so just wondering if anyone has had this experience
will post up some pics when i have time dis wkend, cause they're soooo sessy :drool:

Different years were wired differently as you experienced. Most of them will have this "problem".

I actually prefer to switch the guages instead of the green circuit film, I figure there's less chance of damage doing that.

so you basically snap the back part off and swapped them right??

i havent installed my jdm itr cluster cuz im not sure how the wiring goes if you have any info on that please reply asap thanks

its actually easy when my buddy came over
we just swapped the green backing printed circuit board and that was it
everything plugged in
