please help me find the fuel pump relay in my 1990 acura integra

Question: please help me find the fuel pump relay in my 1990 acura integra I am not getting fuel and have replaced the rail,pump,injectors,and pressure valve???????

you can find the fuel pump relay under the dash near the steering wheel. Check to see if you are getting power as soon as you turn the key on. The power will on register for approximately 3 seconds, just enough for the pump to prime the system. If you are not getting the power to the pump it must be your relay or something further up. fuse? I was not getting any power so i pulled the relay out of my other integra and that was the problem.
