Body style is the same as far as I know, there may be a few options you don't get with the S. S is an F22 motor, Si is H23.

S = usually no spoiler, 135hp SOHC non vtec F22, hub caps typically.

Si = usually a spoiler, 160hp DOHC non vtec H23, alloy wheels typically.

The S has speaker covers in the dash but no speakers. The SI has speakers. (6 total)

The S has 14" steel wheels with hubcaps. The SI has 15" alloys.

The S takes regular fuel, the SI takes premium.

I believe the SI has slightly taller gear ratios, which offset the power advantage a little.

Also ABS brakes .. the early "S" didn't came with, now if you're lucky you can find the SI on a "SE" version which is basically all the extras that used to came with the vtec model minus the rear speaker between the seats ,, but leather seats are awesome LOL, now IMO a SI with little bolt-ons and a good driver (MT) you can beat vtec models .. with the "S" i'm not sure but all preludes are lovelly and are Preludes!

Can beat bad vtec drivers, maybe. Fo sho the dreaded auto stick. But to add to the list I believe the S didn't have power locks, and I think that the 94-96 S had the regular analog gauges from the 92-93 era and not the EL gauges, but don't quote me on that.

True, no power locks. So no keyless entry.
