Default Analysis of my plugs !! Help... how's the motor running?

Ok, so along with a new cap and new rotor, I changed the plugs. The pictures are a 1 step colder NGK plug gapped to .030 on a 6psi turbocharged b16a. At the dyno, I had a bunch of misfires and I'm not sure if it's fixed... the car seems to pull a lot better, but feels like it needs tuning to reach it's maximum. These plugs have seen:

A 1-2 gear WOT run. Followed by a 3rd gear 3,000rpm pull to redline and that is it.

Looks like you are running a tad lean because of the whitish buildup, but otherwise they look pretty normal to me.
