Default Koni Yellow Question

This is a question for all you people that have koni yellows. I was reading this:

The NEUSPEED/Koni shocks also feature an adjustable spring perch to level the car (5 machined grooves on the shock body for 5 positions of adjustment)

This was on a product description on a website. Is this true? Shoot if this was true, does it mean i can use just lowering springs and be able to adjust my ride height?

yes this is true, there are 5 grooves on the front and 3 on the back, but you will still have to have a spring compressor everytime that you wanted to change to take the pressure off of the ring in order to compress it to move it.

I will look and see if I have pics of mine to show you what I am talking about.

:edit:

Here you go

Relative to stock, what perch placements are there on the Koni?

I would say that 4-5 on the front is close to stock, and 3 on the back.

I am not sure because I never measured it, I could give you exact measure measurements tonight if you like?

I'd appreciate it if you could.

How do you move the perch?

I'd actually want to raise my height a bit... (daily driver)

put it on the first groove from the top. that should raise the car by 10-20 mm.

Yeah if I get some time I will jack it up and see.

With a pair of ring spreaders
