Default '98 Civic New Clutch "Problems"

I am having problems with my clutch in my Civic, that I just replaced. It wines in 1st, when I down shift it srapes in 3rd and 4th, and while I am driving in 3rd it will jump backs into neutral. Anybody know what is wrong and can give any suggestions?[/COLOR]

usually you're supposed to breka in the clutch for about 500 miles, dont know if that might have anything to do with it or not.

I bought it from the Honda dealership. I have had it for about 3 months now. I have put over 1200 miles on it, guessing.

Try bleeding it. Also check fluid level. Use Honda MTF.
