Ok I just got my 1994 Honda Del Sol VTEC. My friend wants to sell me his head off his 2001 GSR. Is this mod driect bolt on/change ecu?
Or should I just get a Apex'i VAFC II for my car?
Give me some ideas on how to mod my b16a1...

been there done that
decide if you want to boost it or go NA. then figure out your budget. then proceed to mod accordingly.
a vtec controller on a stock engine is a waste of time and money.

i dont want to boost it this year, i want to start out simple, but i still want some good mods on it. i am doing headers, intake, cat, muff, etc(catback), plugs and wires....i want to do some other things this year. what do you know that i can install that will somehow increase power. like air and fuel regulators?

i wouldnt bother with a vafc. the only way to benefit from it is plenty of dyno time and an experienced tuner. my advice would be either keep it NA and buy a good header maybe put in new cam sprockets to mess withg timing and other things of that sort. but for all the money youll put into having a nice NA setup, you might as well jus tbuild a turbo kit and have more power
