Info on UK Preludes FYI
There seems to be a bit of confusion on the engine codes for the H22xx engines, just for your info, ALL UK VTEC models are H22A2 with 183bhp and a published 0-60 of 6.8. The engines codes for the rest of europe have different engine codes, H22A6 I believe, but not totally sure.
We do not have any Si or SOHC models, we have the 2.0i, 2.2VTEC and 2.3i.
I have the 2.2VTEC and I love it! I have owned Vauxhall's (GM) most my life, and decided to try a lude, best car I have ever owned!
I have been over to the US a fair few times, but not seen any accords like ours? Are they the same? Do you have the Type-R models? Our Accord Type-R Has the same engine as the Prelude, but pushes out 220bhp! Just got to find one to drop into my prelude!
Hope this helps!

The Accord Euro-R has an H23 VTEC, no Preludes come with those, but they are swappable. We don't get any of the good cars. Only Type-R over here is the Integra Type-R unless you get one imported.

Thats a shame! I know our Accord Type-R is a 2.2, has different software, cams and manifolds. Same block, crank, pistons etc so shows what the H22 can do unstressed. Shame our steering wheels are on the wrong side too! Could import one as a total one off! Most our mainstream Honda's we can buy come in Type-R guise, new Civic Type-R has 198bhp and Is voted best hot hatch be nearly every moting magazine here. I love Hondas now, and I have only owned one 1 week! I'm a total petrol head, so they suite me to the ground. Wanna drive an S2000, bet they really move!
