Default Tryin to make an 89' prelude look better...

I've got an 89 prelude, here are some pics:

as you can see, it's not the most visually apealing car you've ever seen

I was wondering if you guys had any *cheap* (<$300) ideas, mods, ect. that could spice up the the look of my lude.

90-91 tail lights and spoiler (or no spoiler)
drop and rims (black or bronze)
tint
94-95 accord lipkit all the way around, molded into car and painted.

He wants something for like $300. Not much you can do with that though.
