How to set timing on a 4th gen obd1 H22
I am wondering what I have to set my timing to to correctly set my timing. Someone shot it at 16. The car bogs alot and has a huge low end power loss and tachs out at 6500 and its a VTEC. Im wondering if they shot it wrong. I heard 0, 12, and 13, Does anyone know?? I could use the help. Thanks alot
