Honda-Acura.Net Feature: JDM Honda Car Lineup
This is an all photo with stats lineup of the Hondas of Japan with some stats. This thread is to educate us on the JDM Lineup, as me and many others are uncertain of it. Enjoy, and feel free to comment (especially if you find mistakes)
-------------------------------------
Honda Avancier
- Engines: F23 (2.3L VTEC, 150HP) and J30 (3.0L VTEC, 215HP)
- Basically a smaller Accord wagon, this has the option of AWD and is quite attractive.
-------------------------------------
Acty Van
- Engine: E07Z (.66L of frame twisting power, 46HP)
- Think of a Dodge Ram 1500 Van in a Compacter. Truck versions available with freezers and the like for transporting meat/fish etc are also available.
-------------------------------------
Accord and Accord Euro-R
- Engines: Euro-R: H22A (2.2L VTEC, 220HP), SiR: F20B (2.0L VTEC, 180HP), 2.0VTS: F20B (2.0 VTEC, 150HP), 1.8VTS: F18B (1.8L VTEC, 140HP)
- Smaller than ours and with an AWD option on all but SiR models. Also comes in wagon form.
-------------------------------------
Accord Wagon
- Engine: SiR: F20B (2.0L VTEC, 180HP), 2.0VTS: F20B (2.0 VTEC, 150HP), 1.8VTS: F18B (1.8L VTEC, 140HP)
-------------------------------------
Insight
- Engine: ECA-MF2 (1.3L IMA, 70 HP)
- Virtually the same as ours.
-------------------------------------
Inspire/Saber
- Engines: J25 (2.5L V6 VTEC, 200HP), J32 (3.2L VTEC, 260 HP)
- Japanese TL, virtually the same with exception of J25 on Base model. J32 is on "Type-S". Saber and Inspire do not differ in any important respects.

Integra iS
- Engines: K20A (i-VTEC, 160HP)
- Virtually the same as our RSX
-------------------------------------
Integra Type-R
- Engine: K20A (i-VTEC, 220HP)
-------------------------------------
HR-V
- Engine: D16A (1.6L VTEC, 105HP)
- Many models and trims are available, split between AWD or FWD.
-------------------------------------
S2000
- Engine: F20C (2.0L VTEC, 250HP)
-------------------------------------
NSX and NSX Type-R
- Engine: C30A (3.0L VTEC, 265HP), C32B (3.2L VTEC, 280HP)
- Type-R gets C32B, Carbon Fiber hood, roof and spoiler, other weight decreases, Sparco racing seats, and probably a few more horsies (shhhh).
-------------------------------------
Odyssey
- Engines: F23A (2.3L VTEC, 150HP), J30A (3.0L VTEC, 210HP)
- A quite attractive version of our Odyssey, and the J30 comes paired with SportShift.

CR-V
- Engine: K20A (2.0L i-VTEC, 158HP)
- Almost the same as ours with the exception of the engine.
-------------------------------------
Civic and Civic Type-R
- Engines: Type-R: K20A (2.0L i-VTEC, 215HP), Civic Ferio/Almas: D17A (1.7L VTEC 105HP), Hybrid: LDA-MF3 (1.3L Gas/Electric, 86HP)
- Civic versions include 5 door, Type-R, Natural Gas, Hybrid, Almas (Element-like seats that twist around) and Ferio (Sedan). Ferio, GX, and Hybrid are virtually the same as USDM editions.
-------------------------------------
StepWGN
- Engine: K20A (2.0L i-VTEC, 160HP)
- AWD standard on all models
-------------------------------------
Stream
- Engines: D17A (1.7L VTEC, 130HP), K20A (2.0L i-VTEC, 154HP)
- Will probably be sold in USDM as "Latitude", seats 6 or 7 midgets. Quite an attractive vehicle IMO. Should be a hit.
-------------------------------------
Torneo and Torneo Euro-R
- Engines: F20B (2.0L VTEC, 150HP), F18B (1.8L VTEC, 140HP), H22A (2.2L VTEC, 220HP, Euro-R Only)

- A model designed to be sportier than the Accord.
- Engine: K20A (2.0L i-VTEC, 158HP)
- Almost the same as ours with the exception of the engine.
-------------------------------------
Civic and Civic Type-R
- Engines: Type-R: K20A (2.0L i-VTEC, 215HP), Civic Ferio/Almas: D17A (1.7L VTEC 105HP), Hybrid: LDA-MF3 (1.3L Gas/Electric, 86HP)

Partner
- Engines: D15B (1.5L "Hyper", 105HP), D16A (1.6L "Hyper", 105HP)
- A quirky, unstylish small and affordable wagon. AWD optional
-------------------------------------
Vamos
- Engine: E07Z (.66L "Hyper", 46-53HP)
-------------------------------------
Fit
- Engine: L13A(1.3L i-DSI(Diesel), 86HP)
-------------------------------------
Mobilo
- Engine: L15A (1.5L, 90HP)
- A Compact, 7 seater van. The Element must have been heavily based upon this, as rear styling and passenger compartment are very similiar to it.
-------------------------------------
Life
- Engine: E07Z (.66L "Hyper", 52HP)
- AWD Option. That puppet dude is fawking weird.
-------------------------------------
Life Dunk
- Engine: E07Z (.66L "Hyper", 64HP)
- Not quite sure I "get" this version of the Life; maybe there is nothing to get. At least the puppet dude is gone.
-------------------------------------
LaGreat
- Engine: J35 (3.5L VTEC, 240HP)
- Pretty much a clone of the Odyssey
-------------------------------------
Legend
- Engine: C35A (3.5L, 215HP)
- Our RL, the only car in Honda's JDM lineup besides the <1.5L engine cars that is VTEC-less.

I think your pics of the Accord are Torneo pics. Or HOJ has made the Accord and Torneo look almost exactly alike since the last time I looked at their pics.

They look similiar but are not the same. For some reason Honda went with the same wheels and car color and took the same angle photo
