Default Prelude Help

Im going to be getting a 5th Gen prelude this summer and already know that im going to be doing a some modding to the engine but no forced induction till way later.

So I wanted to ask some questions before I proceed to buy a prelude. First I wanted to know how well the aftermarket industry is for the prelude and would like to get my prelude around 250 hp and are there any turbos or superchargers for the prelude that I might wanna do later on ?

Also, Wanted to know how often will I need to do a tune up for the engine and if they have some sort of tune up kit for the preludes that you do like every 10k miles or something.

Thanks, Look forward to replies.

The mainstream supercharger avaiable for 5th gens with the Jackson Racing one. Its upwards of 3,000 dollars but I hear it's pretty sweet.

Aside from oilchanges every 3k, the prelude's maintenence isn't too bad. I don't have specific numbers, but it's a reliable car. Main repairs you'll have to do around this time in the prelude's life are the timing belt and clutch.

Good luck, keep us posted when buying one

Oil change every 3k miles or so, 30k, 60k, 90k services.

250hp with boost/sc is easy, NA will be a bit harder but it possible

Where do you go to get the 30k, 60k, and 90k services and what all do they do and how much does it usually cost ?
