Tried Searching.....Need Spring Rates Questions for...97-01 Prelude
.....................
Does anyone know what spring rate Eibach's Have on there Pro Kit???
Or what H&R's have on ther Sport Springs??
Eibach's came on my car and I'm replacing my shocks with Koni Yellows...But want to know if I should change my springs.
Let me know any info you have.

The Koni "yellow" shocks will easily handle the 'progressive' rate of the Eibach ProKit springs. I do know that the Neuspeed Sport springs (on my FOR SALE 99) are ~40% stiffer than stock, yet you do not really notice it on the open road. The car in your case as in mine feels firmer and better planted at speed.
If you decide to change the springs, I'll recommend Ground Controls with 380f/250r as they are linear and definitely firmer all the time.
