Default Cel Code 54: CKF Sensor? On a 98 GSR

My 98 Integra GSR is throwing a 54. So I looked it up and this is what I got. What does this mean and what is it going to cost me? Thanks!

Did you reset the ECU? If not, try that, then get back to us.

It's either a faulty signal that the ECU got and threw a code for, or there is a wiring/sensor problem.

The CKF sensor is at the crank pulley, on the oil pump. Since you just had your timing belt changed, maybe they had to unplug it & forgot to plug it back in...
