Power steering locks up
Hi, can any one help me with a power steering problem, the problem is when the RPM s drop below 2000, the power steering gets heavy, it can be a real strugle parking etc, but when the revs are over 2000 the steering is light,on advice of a freind I have tightened the pulley belt but it made no difference,I suspect the pump, is it possible to rebuid the pump,and if so is it advisable,can anyone shed some light on this problem.
