Just replaced the fuel pump in my 1997 Integra and my wife is complaining about the noise. She says it sounds "like an airplane ready to take off". It is definately louder than the stock pump. I've heard pumps this loud before but usually in vans and trucks.

Is this common with aftermarket replacement pumps or did I get a bad pump? Or maybe I just bought a cheap one and this is what cheap pumps sound like... Pump cost $125 at Autozone.
