Bmw 330 Vs Itr
My friend's 330 vs my ITR.
From a standstill, even with his RWD, I still get a better launch than him. He loses by about a car and a half.
All 3 runs from stand-still have about the same result.
From the freeway starting at approx. 70 MPH. I think he always started to mash first, but whatever.
He definately pulls harder, but 2 of the 3 times I came out in front.
Anyone have any idea why? Or is this a legit outcome?

Driver skill rules all. These kind of things are basically meaningless. I've been outrun at the autox by base model mazda protege, and have smoked a tuned 911 Turbo.
The 330 is a great car. Absolutely nothing like the ITR, but still great.

i always thought the itr's would be faster off the line considering the higher power/weight ratio, but on the highway im pretty sure the 330 would do pretty well, german cars are geared for that kind of driving

good standing start against any RTR's R to their current TSX or RSX.
