96 accord. two lights in the dashboard out
Hello, guys, I am a newbie. My 96 accord, two lights in the dashboard are always off. One is Seatbelt Remind, the other is Check Engine. I think the bulb could be dead. How can I replace the bulbs? Thanks a lot!

Do you know if the low gas light is suppose to come on when you first start the car? I've been wondering if this light is out or something. I've never seen it on, and I know I've run the car dangerously low.

Today, I went to a garage to ask somebody fixt it. They fixed the safety belt light and can not fix the check engine light. And then they tested it and said that the computer of my car is damaged. I am wondering what they said. Actually the car runs well. They said it costs $700 to replace the computer. Anybody can help me? Thanks a lot!
