Default Lowering Springs/bigger wheels or both

I am continuing to work on my 1994 Acura Integra RS. I have engine/exhaust mods on the way. Now I am thinking about lowering the car. My car is currently 100% stock and I know there are a lot of aftermarket prods I can buy. My question is, since I am still running P195/60R 14 on the car, should I lower it by springs ect, or should I add larger wheels and tires? Maybe both? Also, how do you find out what size wheels and tires would fit to avoid rubbing?

Thanks

Michael

Default Bad roads

Well, I need to have a few inches above the ground. The roads and speed bumps in Northern VA are terrible.

so about 2"? you can get 15" or 16" 205/55/15 and not have any rubbing problems
