Default headlight condensation

today when i finished washing my car i noticed water in my headlight and some condensation. So i took out the headlight and dried it. I sealed it up with silicon, now that i went outside i noticed that their was some condensation again. What could the problem be?

I dont know if this helps any but I had the same type of situation with my aftermarket lights. They fogged up and got a yellowish tint to them that I can't take out. I think it was a combination of the water leaking in, sun and possibly the blue bulbs.. So, the condensation or fogging ish probably wont come out based on my experience...

are the headlight bulbs secure in the sockets? do they all have the rubber ring around them?

when you reseal with silicone...
remove the entire housing
dribble the stuff onto the seam between the lens and housing
run a putty knife over the surface
push all the silicone into the crease
let it dry for 24 hours
