Default Redoing Wheel Clearcoat

I plan to redo my clearcoat on my wheels when I get rid of those nasty handling, slippery old kumhos. Anyone done it? I have seen a kit from Eastwood and I wondered if anyone here had, or paid to have it done. I have the bug, and the weather is going to get nice so the teg will stay parked and the top will drop anyway. I had it on stands for a few days while I was replaced the brake pads, so that part is no big deal. I can fix the spot of curb rash at the same time.

Go here for some good advice.http://www.geocities.com/dust_inc/wheelpolish.htm. I have done my fat fives using these instructions and it looks great. I used a Black and Decker sanding "mouse" instead of a Dremel. He did not clear coat his after polishing which is a mistake. Use a professional clear coat finish or get a professional to do it. I would be wary of the spray can stuff at the auto parts. Try this for clear coat http://www.rags2riches-por15.com/cat...listen_pc.html
