Now I'm a nubbin' myself to this place, and I don't know a lot about cars, so this is like my first actual answer to anyones question, ever around here... so i'm sure other people have better, more precise answers, but maybe a starter...
Could be (dunno if you even checked these things)
a) Empty
b) Disconnected
c) Clogged
I know that's pretty much just stating the obvious, but unless there's something wrong with the motor that pushes your fluids (which I doubt since you didn't mention anything about your fronts not working.) then I'd personally assume it'll end up being a quick brainless fix....

My front wipers did that since I first got my car (about 2 years). I always figured it was empty, and I never checked cuz it wasn't that important. Then about a month ago, I decided to try again and it was working great. I have no idea how it started working, but I was just glad that it was.

After confirming that there is fluid in the tank, and that the pump is working, check the nozzle itself. A straight pin will usually do the trick.
