Sluggish throttle response.

Sluggish throttle response.
First of all I have 00gsr. Whenever I give the car more then about 40% throttle it begins to bog down and climbs RPM's very slowly. My air fuel gauge pegs itself to one bar red on the lean side. I pulled the spark plugs today and noticed that three of them were perfect color and one (cylinder #3) was bright white.
This means that cylinder #3 is getting too much spark and not enough fuel. Is it possible my Cylinder #3 injector is clogged? Every other spark plug was a light grayish color so there didn't seem to be any problems in those cylinders. This leads me to believe that it almost has to be the injector then.
Inputs????

Fuel filter was changed couple thousand miles ago. You have to remember though if it was a clogged fuel filter all cylinders would be running lean, not just one. Also i last replaced the plugs about 6-7k miles ago. I have a new set up plugs on the way that i'm going to throw in friday. I checked the resistance of the plug wires and they all turned out fine. Visually they look fine too. As far as the distributor i opened the cap and it looks brand new, not a sign of corresion or build up. I'm not going to change the distributor mainly because the problem seems to be fuel related and only is happening in one cylinder.
