Whistle sound?

Whistle sound?
Does anyone get a slight whistle sound when driving and then it will go away once the car is stopped? 2005 2.4L. I'm thinking it might be just the aerodynamics of the car and the wind hitting it but I can hear it even a 5mph which doesn't make sense. It's hard to describe. Kind of like blowing air across the top of a beer bottle...that type of sound. 
It's not loud but noticable with the radio off. Might try and test drive one tomorrow to see if it's my car or just a normal sound.
