There is no such thing as an upper front strut bar/sway bar combo.

sorry i just meant front strut bar.. i guess i got a little bit carried away...any strut bar better than the rest

Do just want to "do something to your car" for the fun of it? Ebay's a cheap route for this.
You might as well go cheap on this one. It doesn't do much at all unless possibly you're autox'ing.
It's probably a valuable but cheap lesson to learn that putting cheap parts on your car is fun for a bit, but mostly cosmetic.Any then you'll just want more stuff.
