Vtec E Help Please First Honda!!!!!
Does anyone know what I can do with the factory 95 VX VTEC E to make it better performance wise or should I just go ahead with an engine swap and not waste my money.????????????

How much gains are you looking for?
The VX was never intended to be a performance engine. There are bolt ons you can add for minimal gain.

Get something bigger than a 1.5L. It's your only hope. A VX has less than 10 hp of potential with all of the bolt ons, and it still won't make enough torque to feel it. Head work and internals are expensive and pointless on a Honda engine that small.
