Default Help with suspension problems

I have a 92 Civic DX Sedan, and it has been lowered by putting on smaller struts. The ride is really rough and the stability is really bad. There is play in the steering wheel when I switch lanes because of the suspension. I am looking to upgrade very soon. I was wondering what are the best ways to upgrade my suspension as is ---> Lowered by coilovers on smaller struts. I was thinking either performance struts with lowering springs or just the lowering springs. Because of the improper lowering, I have recently ordered rear and front camber kits. Attached are some thumbnails of the madness. Please help, I am open to suggestions. Thanks.

wow those springs are pretty bad. id grab a set of KYB AGX's and a set of coilovers of your choice, probebly ground controls so you can adjust the height.
