when hit the gas peddle it is making some noise to cross 2500rpm and seems fuel is not flowing in to the engine.and vehicle is not moving.

I have seen this before and it feels like the fuel pump is not working. Does it sound like you are hitting the rev limiter? If so, check out the vtec pressure sensor (i think that is what it is called).

I might be wrong but I think some microchip regulating the engine control is burned out?

This sounds like a problem you'd have to talk to a Honda service tech about...very odd

thanks for all you responses. I've given car to my dealer, according to them Battery is not holding the charge and hence computer system is stopping the engine to cross 2500rpm ,telling me to get it checked by tech.I don't know how true is that.I had to replace Battery by paying more than $200.00.Now it is ok.

Wait a second they charged $200 to change your damn battery? That's ridiculous. That solution makes sense though, thanks for letting us know.

Didn't you notice that the electrical system was very weak and that the battery indicator was on?
