Default Which tires to get?

Hit a freakin' pothole on the Highway couple of weeks ago, now looking for tires and I heard that Discount Tires Co. is a good place so I'm looking at these 2 types of tires right now..

http://www.discounttire.com/dtc/find...d=006781&ar=60

and

which one do you recommend? I was looking at some of these Falken's because they were a hell of a deal.

if anyone could give me some good advices, that be nice... thanks

I'd go with either the yokos or the falkens.

i say go with bf goodrich traction t/a's. i had the yoko's, they wore out very fast, the falkens i don't know about. I did my research when i was buying tires because i was sick of buying cool looking ones and them wearing out fast. Just my $.02.

check it out, better than the yoko's...

if you want some performance you have to sacrafice the tread life. if you want a tire that has a long tred life get a touring tire.

true to a sense, if he is getting the stock size, the performance goes in the toilet. My tires handle great through the canyons for a 195/60/15, better than my stock michelins mxv4's. My tires also handle great in the rain, hardly any hydroplane if at all. If he is looking for performance, he needs to get at least a 205/50 because that will cut down on sidewall movement and a wider stance, but he will sacrifice the huge wheel gap if his car is not lowered.

don't get the falkens... i had a set on my 5th gen and they sucked... they were good for like 10k but after that they suck..... and I drive 40 miles each way to work everyday.. and I don't drive like an indy car driver either.... so its not like i did some crazy cornering with them.... i think the best thing about those tires was they put off an awful lot of smoke right before I got my new ones... haha
