the closest you'll get to brand new is to look for one with really low miles and that has not been modded in any way. i seriously doubt anyone in the US has a brand new one. definitely not a dealership. in 99-00 the SI wouldn't have been considered an instant classic so i hardly imagine anyone put one in storage and never drove it. even if they did, they probably wouldn't sell it to you anyway...

hrmm last I checked it was 2005. If you want a brand new car from 2000 you should talk to a guy sometimes seen around named Doctor Emmett Brown. If hes not available you might be able to check with a dude named Marty McFly, he can probably help you out too.

seriously the only way youre going to find a "brand new car from 2000 is if someone bought one to add to a collection and trailored it off the lot. however The pricetag on this car Im sure would be more than youre willing to pay. Just buy a decent used car. Itll be ok .....
