No, and what model year do you have? For all you will need to run wires back there but it's very simple.
If it's a pre-04 you need to use my instructions here: Rear Speaker Wiring
If you have an '04 or '05 you have a pigtail coming out of your head unit basically replicating what I have done to my stock harness, all you need to do is clip the little harness and use it's speaker leads.
