Default How do I take the armrest off seat in 4th gen

I bought a damn Haynes and cant find it now. Any help?

theres a cap on the side of the armrest... inside there is a bolt... forgot what size. If it has lumbar support too, you have to remove the knob first, there is a set screw in the grip of the knob... take that off and the bolt is inside that.

Cool. Thank you! Im trying to put on TEMPORARY seat covers. Am I going to still have lumbar support if I remove the armrest completely? I hate it when my kids loosen it with their feet from the back.

you can set it where you want it, and leave the knob off... if you want to.
