Default RHD Starting problems, Injectors not firing

my injectors are not firing , we are getting fire and the timing is right,
i know that im getting power to them they are not firing tho, im really thinking its the wiring like grounds
so far i have searched h-t.com and found this,

http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1056115

http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1053088
http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=450304
here is some more info i found

yes we have put the noid light on them and i believe only one was showing (barley) , im thinking its all in the grounding, and i keep hearing that the wiring around the thermostat has a lot to do with it

we also tried to switch out the injector resistor box with a known good one, but they still didnt fire

yes its throwing code 6 and 10,

ill post up more tonight when i find out,

Code 6
ECT Sensor (Engine Coolant Temperature) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

Code 10
IAT Sensor (Intake Air Temperature) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

like i said i think its in the wiring

thanks
