Factory Security System
So I just bought an '01 GSR today, and from the time I first checked it out I knew it didn't have keyless entry so I assumed it didn't have a factory security system either. In fact I have the OEM Acura system w/keyless entry on the way to put in it.
After parking the car here at home tonight, I noticed a little green key-shaped light on the dash flash a few times after I took the key out of the ignition. Then upon closing the door I noticed a little "immobiliser system equipped" sticker on the drivers door window.
Is it possible to have the security system without the keyless entry?
I can't remember if there was a flashing red light anywhere in the car. I'll have to try to see if I can set it off tomorrow.

That year of GS-R had an immobilizer... not the same as a security system. It just makes it so that a code is required, which comes from the key, to "unlock" the ECU.
To answer your question though, with OEM parts, no.
