Kai..i believe the PR4 is the 90-91 (obd0) ECU.. which has a different plug than the 94 Civic Does.
SlowRider you are going to need the ECU from the 92-93 Integra (obd1).
Also, the tranny that you are asking about.. B18A1.. is a cable tranny & the 94 civics are setup for hydrolic transmission. You can make it work if you would like to. In order to do so i would suggest the Hydro to Cable conversion from HASport. & use the Axles that goe with the tranny that u plan to install.
Rule of Thumb. All B series trannys will work with all B series motors.
