CL TypeS Airbag Problems

I recently was involved in automobile accident in which my 3.2 CL Type S was broadsided by a BMW X5 on the passenger side. The driverside side airbag deployed while the passenger side airbag did not.

Any one ever have a similar experience or know of someone that did?

Thank you.

Was someone in that seat? Airbag systems are getting smarter, not all bags are going to deploy if the control units don't see that helping the situation.
