Default nitrous problem

I installed a wet nitrous shot on my 01 accord f23a1, tuning it went fine, made good power and everything,
then drove off the dyno, and car sputters and dies, hesitates when i started it back up, but was good for a while after that, but now, in first gear(manual), light throttle, the car will hesitate again, it sounds like rev limiter, or as if a plug wire was loose.
can figure it out, already tried a few things,
what do you guys think?
thanks

Check all your plugs. What did you do as far as tuning goes? Any fuel/timing adjustments?

Fould plugs would cause that, I'm thinking you ran rich. What plugs are you running?

You didn't answer all those questions in your posts, or I wouldn't have asked. Anyways, back to the topic at hand.

I assume that the CEL isn't on. Have you tried new plug wires? How do the new plugs look?

How do your plugs look? Did you wire into the TPS sensor when you installed the kit?

ive changed the plugs already, changed the distribtuor cap an rotor, plug wires, the original plugs that i sprayed and tuned on were fouled, since then ive gotten new plugs.
no, didnt use the TPS, it came with the micro switch(WOT)

the new plugs look good, little evidence of richnesss, but not fouled, not toltally black didnt smell like fuel after a pull,

im at a loss, im about to just rplace the entire ignition system all at once, anybody got any more ideas?

Maybe your fuel filter clogged somehow?
