Default anyone ever change manual tranny lubricant

I'm doing that as part of my 60K tuneup this weekend. My Haynes manual calls it lubricant but I've also heard fluid or oil. Anyway, I was looking at the directions in the manual and it says to drain it, and then fill it through the fill hole. But the fill hole is right above the drain hole (from what I can see in the picture) and I'm wondering how exactly you are supposed to fill that (the law of gravity seems like it will work against me). Also, how much lubricant do I need to go buy from the Honda dealership? Thanks.

10w-30 oil is what to use. Once its drained, re-install the drain plug and start filling through the fill hole till the fluid starts to run out of the hole. I believe its like 2.75 quarts, but your manual should tell you the exact amount.
