The bolt pattern is probably the same...I read somewhere on the 'net where a guy did this, but he said he had to shave 2mm off his brake calipers. 
I don't recall which year model though. Maybe you can either find a buddy with an RSX who would let you test-fit one of the wheels, or get access to one and measure it. Then you can measure your own wheels, and see if the difference would be a problem.

Well... I went for it anyway. I got some wheels from a 2003 Acura RSX about 10k miles of wear on them. They should be arriving Via UPS tommorow. So i'll be sure to take pictures of them as soon as i get them on.
