Default i need more hp to my car engine

hi
i am a new member
i hoop i be good frinde

i am from kuwait
so i am sorry for may bad english

i have honda accoord 91 carburetor
it give 167hp@6500rpm

i wont it give 180hp

what should i do

note: the engine code : F20A3

I'd love to help, but I'm not too familiar with that engine.

All I can really say is, if you can, get a header and exhaust for it. From there, look around for an aftermarket intake manifold for better carbs... but I doubt that you'll find one over there. Do you know any companies that can regrind camshafts?

The United States has extremely sensitive emissions laws. Honda made carb'ed cars for other countries until the late 90's at least.

Trust me, the F20A3 was a carb'ed (at least semi-carb'ed) engine.

depending on how much money and resources you have to work with, you could swap in a different motor (H22A), and convert to mpfi. I'm not sure exactly what goes into that conversion, but I'm sure its not easy :happysad: It would definitely make a world of difference though.
