Default throttle body replacement

i have a 2003 civic ex and starting to do work to it. i have never had a honda before and new at this so this question may sound dumb and if so i apologize. someone said to me the other day that i should replace the throttle body. if i do this what will it do for performance and what should i look for in replacing it. thanks so much

Really it takes some serious mods for a larger throttle body to actually make power. I would just do intake/header/exhaust, then some research.
